Consultation Policy

During the FREE consultation session you will be briefed on the following:

  • Our process as to how we work throughout the entire process (Basically it will be the explanation of the FAQs which are mentioned on the FAQ page)
  • Our approx. consultation fee for the entire process.
  • Please Note: No advice is given for your particular circumstances on immigration in the FREE session. We are Registered Migration Agents of Australia and hence we cannot give any FREE advice for your own unique case (Reason? Please read our FAQ, Question # 2 on the FAQ page). Any generic information regarding immigration is mentioned on the Department’s official website.
  • Please make sure you read all the FAQs before your FREE session so that we can have a healthy discussion rather than us explaining the same FAQs again, which are already mentioned on the FAQ page.

During the PAID consultation you will be advised on the following:

  • Advice on the visa pathways for your immigration goals
  • strategies to help you achieve the desired immigration outcome
  • An assessment of your eligibility for each option
  • Pros and Cons of each option as well as possible risks
  • An outline of the main stages in the application process
  • An indicative processing time and cost for each option.
  • Please call directly on +61-498-852597 at your booked time or let us know via email and we will call you. In case we don’t pick up the call, please leave a message on WhatsApp/text message and we’ll call at the earliest opportunity.

Required Information – for Paid consultation (recommended)

It will be best if you provide us with information on your background before your consultation. These are usually for individual cases:

  • Your CV and date of birth
  • Your most recent Australian visa approval letter (if applicable)
  • Partner’s CV and date of birth (if applicable)
  • Advise whether you or any other person included in your application has any health or character (criminal) issues
  • English test scores in each band (if applicable)
  • A short summary of your situation including your visa history in Australia (if applicable)

For Partner visa cases we usually ask for:

  • Details about your partner. For example:
    • Is your partner an Australian citizen or permanent resident?
    • Are you married?
    • How long have you lived together?
    • Has your partner ever sponsored or been sponsored for a visa to Australia?
    • Nature of your relationship
    • Advise whether you or any other person included in your application has any health or character (criminal) issues

Payment
Payment is made immediately upon booking a consultation through Stripe.

Rescheduling
With notice of 48 hours or more, you will be able to reschedule your consultation through our online booking system. With less than 48 hours’ notice, you will not be able to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations
Cancellations incur a $50 administration fee.

Lateness and No Shows
In the event that you are late for your appointment, we do not guarantee that you will receive the full duration of your consultation. If you miss your appointment we will not issue a refund. For a new consultation, you would have to pay in full again.
